New Vehicle Book-in Demo
The below video demonstrates the new vehicle book-in process (without barcode decoding and photos). Most VINs get decoded down to the trim or even engine.
Barcode Decoding
Just point the camera at the barcode and let Vehicle Manager do the rest. The high quality onboard camera allows us to easily capture and decode the VIN barcodes in seconds.
KBB and Chrome Data
Depending on your preferences, the phones can be configured with Kelley Blue Book data and values (Wholesale Lending, Retail and Auction Values) or with the Chrome data-set.
Background Sync
Vehicles and photos are transferred to your servers in the background while you continue to book cars.
There is no need to wait until the end of the day to sync data. Vehicles get online virtually instantaneously!
Unlimited Photos
Take as many photos per vehicle as you want. This is especially usefully for video-stiching and virtual walk-around services.
Video Recording
Record DVD or YouTube quality video with sound. Integrated video flash even allows for recording in low light conditions.
Automatic Data Updates
Always use the latest data-set and values. Kelley Blue Book or Chrome data is automatically downloaded to the phone.

How It Works
The phones can be configured either to transfer data to EzCarlot or directly to your servers:

Both push and pull transfers are supported by EzCarlot and in case of direct transfers to your servers we offer sample implementations in C#, Python, PHP and Ruby to give you a head start in the implementation.
All transfers and updates occur as a background process and will not interrupt normal application or phone usage. In many cases the data is already transferred by the time the user walks of the lot.
